Payments

All subscription payments are made online via the Stripe payment gateway. The subscription is paid for in the form of recurring payments according to the selected tariff and is automatically deducted from the user’s payment card until the subscription is canceled.

Recurring monthly payment

The subject of the purchase is a “PREMIUM LITE,” “PREMIUM,” or “AI PREMIUM” license with a regular monthly fee. The user agrees to pay regular monthly payments in the amount of the first monthly subscription. If the next monthly fee is not paid, the subscription will be automatically canceled.

Termination of subscription

The user can terminate the subscription at any time via customer support at info@database.klapuch.studio or directly in their user account by clicking on the “Cancel subscription” button. Upon termination of the subscription, the regular payment will be canceled and the fee will no longer be charged. The subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid period. After terminating the subscription, the user loses access to all features and benefits of the given plan.

Complaints

After purchasing any subscription plan and using any of its features, it is not possible to get a refund. If a technical problem on the part of the application prevents the user from using the features, the money will be refunded in full.
